Árni Kristjánsson
Director
Árni Kristjánsson graduated with a Master's Degree in Directing from the Bristol Old Vic in 2016. He subsequently founded the Lakehouse Theatre Company with Harpa Fönn Sigurjónsdóttir. The company's productions include The Selkie, an original operatic theatre piece, part of the Opera Days in Kópavogur and the play Í samhengi við stjörnurnar (Constellations), playing at Tjarnarbíó.
Along with directing, Árni has worked in radio, written plays and taught acting. His radio play Söngur hrafnanna (Songs of the Ravens) won the Gríman Award for Best Radio Play in 2014.
